Year 12 English students enjoyed seeing Twelfth Night, their set A Level text, at the Open Air Theatre in Regent’s Park earlier this term.
After torrential rain the previous day, they were lucky enough to enjoy warm sunshine during the performance. This was a fantastic production, which had an unusually melancholy interpretation of the ending. Interestingly, Twelfth Night was the first Shakespeare play to be performed in Regent’s Park, in 1932.
